By using the Guid Wark website or placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you place an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Guid Wark curates products based on workmanship, materials, construction, design, provenance, durability, and usefulness. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately and to present current specifications, configurations, photographs, pricing, and availability.
Product information may originate with the manufacturer or supplier. Specifications, packaging, included components, availability, and other details may change.

If we discover a material error in product information or an order before fulfillment, we may contact you to clarify the matter or cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it.

Orders

Some products are available only in specific manufacturer-defined configurations. An order for a configuration that the manufacturer does not produce or that is no longer available may need to be canceled or changed with your agreement.
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when a product is unavailable, information needed to fulfill the order is incomplete or inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or a material pricing or product-information error has occurred.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.

Some Guid Wark products may be shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier. Other products may use a shipping carrier selected by Guid Wark, the manufacturer, or another fulfillment partner.

Carrier transit estimates are not guarantees by Guid Wark unless we expressly state otherwise.

Returns, damaged shipments, and incorrect items
Returns are governed by the Guid Wark Shipping & Returns policy, including any manufacturer-specific terms identified there.
A voluntary return is different from an incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or a warranty claim. Different procedures and financial responsibilities may apply.
If a shipment arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact Guid Wark before returning or discarding anything. Keep the original packaging and materials while the matter is being reviewed.
Warranties
Products sold by Guid Wark may be covered by a manufacturer’s written warranty.
The actual manufacturer’s warranty terms govern the coverage provided under that warranty. Guid Wark does not expand, reduce, or replace a manufacturer’s written warranty merely by describing it on our website.
Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, repair options, shipping responsibilities, and duration may differ by manufacturer and product.
