We want Guid Wark to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or interact with the web in different ways.

Our approach
Accessibility is part of building a useful website properly. As we develop and maintain Guid Wark, we aim to make the site understandable, navigable, and usable for people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and methods of interaction.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference point for our accessibility work. This does not mean that every page or feature has been formally certified as conforming to that standard.
We treat accessibility as part of the design, development, and maintenance of the Guid Wark website, including when we introduce or materially change site features and components.
Our goal is practical accessibility and continued improvement rather than making a claim that problems can never occur.
What we consider
Accessibility considerations for the Guid Wark website include, where applicable:
- clear page structure and meaningful headings
- readable text and sufficient contrast
- keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
- visible keyboard focus
- descriptive links and controls
- useful alternative text for meaningful images
- form labels and instructions that can be understood without relying only on visual presentation
- information that is not communicated by color alone
- layouts that remain usable across different screen sizes and levels of magnification
- compatibility with common browsers and assistive technologies
Some content or functionality provided by third parties may be partly outside our direct control, but we still want customers to be able to accomplish the task they came to Guid Wark to complete.
If something is difficult to use
If you encounter an accessibility problem on Guid Wark, please let us know through the Guid Wark Contact page.
It is helpful if you can tell us:
- what page or part of the site caused the problem
- what you were trying to do
- what browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, if relevant
- what happened or what prevented you from completing the task
You do not need to provide technical details you do not know.
We will use the information to understand the problem and determine an appropriate way to address it.
Help with a purchase or information request
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from obtaining product information, using the store, or completing an order, contact us and explain what you need.
We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or assistance through another appropriate method while we investigate the underlying accessibility issue.
Ongoing improvement
Websites change as content, products, software, and third-party services change. Accessibility therefore requires continuing attention rather than a one-time declaration.
We consider accessibility when adding or materially changing site features, components, forms, and other customer-facing functionality. When we identify a meaningful accessibility problem, our aim is to correct it as part of maintaining and improving Guid Wark.
